What housing can you get for $100,000 or less in Denver?

What can you get under $100,000 in Denver? "You're crazy!" Or "Nothing." Might be some typical replies, but I might argue on the contrary. I'd like to offer some examples of what you can get under $100,000 in Denver. If you were willing to look even just out side Denver in Arvada, Wheatridge, Edgewater, Lakewood, West Aurora, you might be surprised at what you will find. At current interest rates that will put your monthly investment at $650-$750 per month.

Let's begin with North Park Hill and a completly remodeled 2 bed 1 bath with 820 sq. ft. This place is decked out with granite slab counters, cabinets, new carpet, paint, windows and even a one car attached garage. To say this place is move in ready is an understatement. Drive by and check it out at 3580 Krameria, only 100,000. With my experience and negotiation skills, I can assure you that we can get it for less or we can find you something better for less.

Perhaps you'd prefer something on the West side of town. How about 1601 Vrain Street only 2 blocks to Sloan's Lake and 10 minutes from downtown either on a bike OR a car, 811 sq. ft. on well maintained lot, 2 beds and 1 bath, again, just $99,000.

If you want a house that isn't part of a duplex or triplex than we have a solution for that too. 1295 Newton Street, only 10 minutes to downtown, 5 blocks to sloan's lake and easy access to light rail, move right in at just $95,000

So as you can see, with some effort and compromise you can get your hands on something decent for 100k or less, how low can you go? I was in Aurora this week and previewed a 2 bed 1 bath house on a well maintained street listed for just 41,000. Whether your looking for a turn key investment or a place to call home for less than you pay in rent we can make it happen.
