Haley helped my husband and I buy our home in Avon, which is a tough market to buy in, especially with a modest budget for the area. After a few months of searching, we found a house we wanted to buy, and Haley negotiated us an incredible deal that we cannot thank her enough for! In the process of a corporate relocation, we were originally referred to another brokerage and agent that turned out to not be a good fit. I requested to make a change and had interviewed another brokerage and agent before connecting with Vivian. It took me just two minutes to know thst she would not only be thorough but someone I wanted to work with.
Our experience could not have gone any better. We are grateful for her attention to detail and the navigation of our search as out-of-state clients. She paid particular attention our request/requirements as well as read between the lines on a few things to better round out our experience.

My good friend and I had decided to move from Michigan to Denver, Colorado earlier this year. Being from out of state and moving from home for the first time, we didn’t know where to start. Luckily we found Susie! She was so amazingly helpful with everything! We explained what was ideal for us and within the first round of places she was able to find us a perfect landing spot. She took the time to tour and scope out places for us and was great at taking videos to share. We never left a conversation with her feeling uneasy, she was very thorough and helped us understand everything we needed to know. Absolutely loved Susie and would recommend her to anyone looking to move!!!

After meeting Michelle at my neighbors open house and being in the market to buy a new house myself, I asked Michelle for her assistance. We were able to find my new place fairly quickly and everything went well. Where Michelle really shined through was when I put my old house up for sale. The market had really started to slow down and the interest rates were going up quickly. Michelle had several open houses, found 1st time buyer incentives, and the list goes on to help sell my property. She wanted to make sure mine stood out, and it worked. Especially with all of the other properties for sale in my subdivision. She really did her due dillengence not only with the purchase of my new house, but with selling my old property as well. All this while juggling other more expensive properties she had listed and all of the changes in the market place. Thank you Michelle for your assistance with the sale of my old home and the purchase of my new home.

Charity made us both feel welcome from the onset! We met for tea and ended up just chatting and it felt much more like meeting a new friend than the awkward interactions we'd had with other agents.
