I had a very specific set of needs that I was looking for in my perspective home search. He helped me analyze necessities and compare them to available properties to find the best house for me. Pam Parker's knowledge of the Denver area and available properties was invaluable. She was able to find me a condo that hadn't even listed yet, enabling me to see the property and make an offer before hitting MLS. Kimberly Beck was a huge help with my move, from finding a place with easy access to both Denver and the mountains, while still being within my budget, to being willing to be present for my home inspection when I was unable to myself, to recommending some local contractors for some work that I know I'll need to do on my condo in the near future. Moving is always stressful, but Kimberly did a lot to help take some of that stress away.

We absolutely LOVED working with Tracy!! She heard everything I said and didn't say when it came to house hunting and thanks to her we're now renting the cutest house in all the land AND it has everything that we wanted. She is patient (it took about 6 months for my house to sell before we could be ready to rent and she hung in there with us the whole time!), super knowledgeable, flexible, and great at communicating.
