At Corcoran Perry & Co., we strive to provide successful brokers like you with the best technology, innovative turn-key marketing programs, professionally-created collateral materials, and ongoing coaching and training. All delivered in a collaborative, supportive and fun environment.
Candidates should generally meet the following criteria
- Successfully completed at least 2 buyer transactions and 2 seller transactions within the last 12 months
- Available for bi-monthly meetings, training sessions and property tours
- Licensed broker who practices real estate full time
- Financially prepared for a 100% commission-based income
- Self-motivated professional attitude with desire for growth
Newly-Licensed Individual Looking For a Brokerage
Our New Broker "Thrive Training" Program is limited to a select group of agents that meet our selection criteria. They receive comprehensive sales training and broker education in a small group setting, while getting quick-start tips to get business up-and-running immediately. All delivered in a collaborative, supportive and fun environment. We screen year-round for new classes that start a few times a year.
Candidates should generally meet the following criteria:
- Plan to practice real estate full time
- Available for bi-monthly meetings, training sessions and property tours
- Financially prepared for a 100% commission-based income
- Self-motivated professional attitude and entrepreneurial spirit with desire for growth
- Prepared for little to no income for the first several months
- Ideally has sphere in local area, including work colleagues, family, friends, neighbors
- Knowledge of Denver neighborhoods and city scape
- Work experience in sales or associated real estate fields
