Live + Give: We're Dedicated to Giving Back

Beyond providing excellent service and expert transparent real estate guidance to all our clients, the brokers of Corcoran Perry & Co. are committed to engaging with our local community and giving back. We are committed to our mission of improving the communities we serve and that's why we've created our Live + Give program.

When you successfully close a real estate transaction with us, we’ll donate a portion of our commission to support the local cause of your choice from the list below. At your closing, you’ll simply choose the local organization that you’d like to support from our list of Live + Give partners for the year.

For 2024, our brokerage has nominated and voted for three local non-profit organizations to benefit from our Live + Give Program. We will be distributing funds to the following organizations on behalf of our clients:
