LANDLORD SERVICES PACKAGES

FULL LISTING SERVICE- Pricing starts at 50% of one months rent (with a minimum fee of $1500)

• Interview Client and find out wants/needs of rental listing process
• Have professional photos of property taken
• Input Listing in MLS - Syndicates to Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Nextdoor, Realtor.com, Denver Post
• Conduct all showings of properties
• Conduct Professional Screening of clients (Credit, Criminal, References, Etc).
• Provide a Synopsis of all rental applicants and/or applicant groups to landlord
• Help tailor approved lease agreement for landlord to reflect specific property needs and terms
• Facilitate lease signing once landlord and tenant have approved lease agreement
• Conduct walk through for landlord providing photos of condition of property prior to tenant
• Ensure that full lease file is compiled for landlord

LIMITED LISTING SERVICE - 50% of 1 Month’s Rent (Same for leases of all durations)

• Have professional photos of property taken
• Input Listing in MLS - Syndicates to Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads, Nextdoor, Realtor.com, Denver Post
• Conduct Professional Screening of clients (Credit, Criminal, References, Etc).
• Provide Synopsis of all rental applicants and/or applicant groups to landlord
• Generate Lease Agreement for landlord
• Facilitate lease signing once landlord and tenant have approved lease agreement
