TENANT SERVICES PACKAGES
FULL SERVICE TENANT PLACEMENT - Starting at 50% of 1 month’s rent; minimum of $1500
- Interview clients and find out wants/needs, suggest neighborhoods for their needs.
- Locate properties and send to clients for initial approval.
- If the client is already in town we will go out for a few hours to look at homes that may suit their needs, allowing us to get an idea of what their likes and dislikes are.
- Preview the properties together.
- FaceTime/set live showings if we feel the property is appropriate for your needs and client is out of town or unavailable.
- Help negotiate the price and lease terms if possible (especially important for roommate situations or multiple animals)
- Review the lease
- Facilitate signing the lease and placing the deposit to inactivate the property
- Conduct the initial walk through to include pictures and written documentation of the property
The Prospective Tenant Has The Right To Provide To The Landlord A Portable Tenant Screening Report, As Defined In Section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; And 2. If The Prospective Tenant Provides The Landlord With A Portable Tenant Screening Report, The Landlord Is Prohibited From: Charging The Prospective Tenant A Rental Application Fee; Or Charging The Prospective Tenant A Fee For The Landlord To Access Or Use The Portable Tenant Screening Report.
