Corcoran Perry & Co. - Lodo

The LoDo Neighborhood

Lower Downtown Denver, also known as LoDo, is Denver’s front porch, greeting residents and visitors alike at the epicenter of Denver, the gloriously renovated Union Station. Packed with trendy restaurants and bars, chic hotels and renovated loft homes and new luxury condos, the neighborhood includes Historic LoDo, Union Station, Riverfront, and Central Platte Valley communities. Must see sights include historic Larimer Square, the Museum of Contemporary Art Denver, Tattered Cover bookstore, and the venerable Wynkoop Brewery, which started it all. Eternally walkable, its connections to the rest of the city are numerous, via light rail, the free 16th Street Mall shuttle, and the Cherry Creek bike path.
