A Night at the 2025 Corcoran Perry & Co. Awards

The 2025 Corcoran Perry & Co. Awards were held at our Congress Park office, which meant the same conference table that hosts pricing debates was temporarily lined with charcuterie. Inspection responses were nudged aside to make room for champagne. A few agents were still mid-text with lenders when the first name was called. In this business, momentum doesn’t pause for applause.

Before the trophies were handed out (thanks to Michelle Oddo of The Oddo Group at Luminate Bank, they sat in a clean row, each engraved with a number that summarized a year. Twenty-one transactions. Thirty-two million in volume. Seventy leases. The numbers look tidy, but the path to them rarely is. A single “side” includes inspection negotiations, appraisal conversations, rate shifts, and the kind of last-minute logistics that turn group texts into command centers. But around here, those details aren’t obstacles. They’re where the fun happens.

“It was a small but mighty crowd at the Corcoran Perry & Co. 2025 Awards. The trophies were impressive, but my appreciation stayed with the agents behind them. In a year that kept the market guessing, this group brought the same energy to every client, held their standards, and kept moving deals forward when conditions shifted. The room was full of smiles, hugs, refreshments, and applause that was so well-earned.”

Hors D'oeuvres Today. Home Tours Tomorrow.

As the evening continued,  jackets migrated to chair backs. Someone attempted a group selfie that required three retakes and the trick of balancing a wine glass and a trophy in one hand. And the hug-to-handshake ratio tilted heavily in favor of hugs.

It was the rare evening when “pending” referred only to the second helping of dessert… a long-awaited breather for this group of hard-working real estate agents.
