Laurel leads marketing and branding at Corcoran Perry & Co., overseeing the in-house marketing team and supporting over 100 agents across the Denver metro area and throughout Colorado. She brings a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership to every part of the process—helping agents show up with confidence and authenticity in their marketing.

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and design, Laurel has worked across industries including education, project management, and—since 2017—real estate. Her expertise includes brand strategy, graphic design, website strategy and administration, social media, SEO, and email marketing. She’s passionate about building systems that work, brands that resonate, and marketing that actually gets results (and looks good doing it).

Born in Hollywood, CA, Laurel moved to Niwot, Colorado at age nine and later earned her degree in Communications from Boston University. After a few years on the East Coast, she returned to Colorado at 23 and has lived here ever since—basically a native if you round up and ignore the birth certificate.

She now lives in Denver with her husband, son, two dogs, and two cats—plus enough throw pillows to start a small boutique and a candle vessel collection she fully intends to repurpose one day… probably.

When she’s not leading her team or collaborating with agents, you’ll find her playing piano, crocheting something cozy, scrolling TikTok, tracking down Denver’s best restaurants and cocktails, or fully embracing her Elder Swiftie status (converted circa 2024). Her favorite place in the state? Crested Butte, no contest.
