Announcing: Our 2025 Live and Give Recipients

Denver Botanic Gardens

Announcing our 2025 Live & Give Program Recipients!

At Corcoran Perry & Co., we don’t just sell homes. We plant roots, build connections, and give back to the city that gives us so much. That’s why, since 2014, our Live & Give program has been a cornerstone of how we do business. It’s simple: our most passionate agents nominate the local nonprofits that inspire them, we (the Corcoran Perry & Co. team and our agents) cast our votes, and then we roll up our sleeves… and open our wallets… to make an impact.

The best part? When you buy or sell a home with us, you get to join in. A portion of your transaction goes to one of our chosen organizations: you decide which one. And that means your move does more than just change your address. It changes lives.

For 2025, we’re proud to support Denver Botanic Gardens, Levitt Pavilion, and MaxFund No-Kill Animal Shelter — three mile high organizations making Denver a more vibrant, harmonious, and compassionate place to call home.

The Denver Botanic Gardens

Back for an encore, the Denver Botanic Gardens continues to dazzle Denverites with its mission to connect people with plants. Whether it’s through their stunning gardens, innovative education programs, or seasonal events (Glow at the Gardens, anyone?), this nonprofit is a perennial favorite. By turning plant science into an art form, they’re helping us all cultivate a greener, more beautiful future.

Levitt Pavilion Denver

Picture this: free live music, a picnic blanket on Ruby Hill, and a Denver sunset as your backdrop. Levitt Pavilion Denver is all about community, accessibility, and making music a universal language. Hosting 50+ free concerts a year, they’ve turned Denver into a city where everyone can experience the joy of live music without breaking the bank.

MaxFund No-Kill Shelter

MaxFund believes every furry friend deserves a second chance—and a forever home. This no-kill shelter has been a Denver institution for decades, providing love, care, and medical support to animals in need. Whether it’s wagging tails or purring gratitude, MaxFund’s mission is all about compassion—and we’re proud to support them once again.

Give Where You Live

At Corcoran Perry & Co., we think every move should make an impact, And not just on your square footage. That’s why our Live & Give Program turns your real estate journey into a force for good. When you buy or sell a home with us, you’ll have the chance to choose from our three spotlight charities to receive a donation in your honor. Think of it as the ultimate housewarming gift… but for the community.

Want to do good for our communities while you make your next homeownership move? Connect with one of our knowledgeable Realtors to give where you live.
