Celebrating What We Do Best - 2023 Corcoran Perry & Co. Signature Awards

Every year we are thrilled to honor and celebrate the incredible hard work and dedication of our agents and staff at our Signature Awards Ceremony. At Corcoran Perry & Co., we pride ourselves on our commitment to our shared values of family, integrity, innovation, and independence.

We believe luxury real estate is not just black and white, but actually quite colorful. We carry this belief through to our agents by encouraging and celebrating the vibrant, playful, and unique personalities that our agents bring to our culture and core values.

To celebrate our agents, we have awards broken down into three categories:

  • Performance awards are based on sales production in 2022.

  • Engagement awards are based on the agent's utilization of our dynamite marketing offerings and robust Corcoran systems.

  • Culture awards are based on agents and staff members who emulate our company's core values and incorporate them into every aspect of their business.

This year, we were thrilled to gather together once again at The Landmark's Curtis Ballroom to commemorate this year's award winners. We celebrated: an average sales price of $809,327, 530 transactions, and had 41 agents qualify for a Realtor Excellence Award or exceed $4mil in volume, resulting in a record $429 million in total volume from our incredible agents.

Congratulations to our 2022 Signature Award Winners!

Working with these incredible people is an honor and a privilege; without them, we wouldn't be authentically living who we are. We pride ourselves on our company culture, and our agents are very much the reason why. Thanks to them, we've served our clients with the spirit of innovation, collaboration, integrity, and, most importantly, family. A special thank you to Michelle Oddo of The Oddo Group at Luminate Home Loans for sponsoring this event. And many thanks to AJ Canaria for the great photos!
