Lowry Home Goes Under Contract in One Day

Homes that are priced right and show well continue to fly off the marketand this town home in Lowry was no exception. We asked Listing Agent Dawn Richardson for the whole story.

Live Urban: We would love to hear how the deal came together....did you have multiple offers? How many showings did you have? Do you feel like this is typical in today's market?

Dawn: This property hit the market at 4:00pm on Saturday and we got our first showing request within an hour. Sunday wasn't a very busy showing day but we had three showings and two offers that ended up in a bit of bidding war against each other. In the end the first person who saw the unit won the bid. It feels like this is typical in the market at the moment. If you are a buyer you need to be ready with your lender letter and the ability to make quick offers. If you are a seller and you prepare your property and price it right you need to get ready for a crazy couple of days.

We certainly agree! If you would like to hear more about Dawn's strategy for listing properties to sell quickly in today's hot market, contact her at 303-455-5483 or dawn@liveurbandenver.com
