Under Contract in 48 Hours with Multiple Offers! We ask Traci and Billy How They Made it Happen

If you were hoping to check out this lovely Ballpark home this weekend, you're too late...it's Under Contract already! We asked Live Urban Listing Agents Traci Tooman and Billy Potocnik how they made this one happen so quickly:

Live Urban: Wow! That was fast....how long was this one actually on the market?

Traci and Billy: It went on the MLSWednesdayafternoon and we had multiple offers byFridaynight.

Live Urban: Why do you think the property sold so quickly?

Traci and Billy: The offers we received were from buyers who have been looking for a few weeks and knew what they wanted and where they wanted to be. Even the record cold weather didn't stop showings our first day on the market!

Live Urban: Did you do anything special to prepare the property for sale?

Traci and Billy: We work with an amazing stager, Shay Micek, and her services are part of what we offer as we believe it makes a huge difference. Even if it's just a consultation or a partial stage, like this one, staging is key.

Live Urban: We would love to hear how the deal came together....did you have multiple offers? How many showings did you have? Do you feel like this is typical in today's market?

Traci and Billy: We had two amazing offers byFridayand with the cold weather and a one year old, our clients wanted to pick the best of the two and move on to finding their next home.

Live Urban: Congratulations, and thanks so much for sharing this home's story!
