Buyer Needs in the Denver Metro Area...Have You Been Thinking About Selling?

LIVE Urban agents and their clients have seen everything on the MLS...and they still haven't found THE ONE.

If you, or anyone you know, has been thinking about selling your home that might fit one of these needs, please reach out to a LIVE Urban agent...we have a buyer waiting to buy your house!

Heather Truhan has a client lookingfor 1+BR condo in Central Denver (I-25 to Colorado, 23rd to Alameda) in healthy HOA... reserved parking and higher floor with great natural light and balcony. Willing to update. City or mountain view and higher floor are more important than finishes and space. Up to 175K.

Mic Ortega has the following clients desperately seeking a new place to LIVE:

Aaron is looking for a home under $300,000 in Wheat Ridge, Olde Town Arvada, Highlands or Edgewater. Up to $300,000 and okay with some work. Is flexible with a closing date so can easily do a lease back.
Eric and Leslie are expecting a baby in September and trying to find a house in Wheat Ridge, Olde Town Arvada or Berkeley under $285,000. Need at least 2 beds and hopefully 2 baths.
Michael and Nikki are looking for a home in Highlands, Wheat Ridge, Park Hill, City Park, anything central Denver under $350,000. Okay with some work, looking to move beforeAugust 1st.

Ken and Melissa are looking for a condo Downtown under $500,000 with a large balcony and 2 beds.
Kendall Boydhas buyersbuyers looking in Littleton/Centennial/Denver/Lakewood. Ideal home is a mid-mod. Ok if it needs some updating, but not a total rehab. Open floor plan and unique characteristics? Vaulted ceilings are a bonus. Not interested in the run of the mill cookie cutter suburban home. Up to $350K. Unusual is appreciated. They like "functional funky".

Stacie Staub has a friend looking forArvada/Golden/Lakewood/West Denver...detached house big enough for a roommate or tenant situation, garage or room for one a plus, fenced yard for 2 biggish dogs, up to $240K. Adam has seen everything on the market, and we haven't found the one. Some fix-up is OK, nothing major.

Sue Perrault has the following buyer needs:

Looking for 2 bed/2 bath loft condo in Riverfront/LoHi area, around $550k. Brittany is a first time home buyer that loves an open concept with modern updates.
Terri wants to cut out yard maintenance, looking for a 2 bed/2 bath townhome/condo/loft in urban Denver, around $350k. Likes something with some character, not a cookie cutter.
Another 2 bed/2 bath condo/loft in the downtown/Cherry Creek area. This will be an investment property for a couple years and then Jim wants to downsize and enjoy some urban living. He wants to stay under $450k, needs garage and likes updated and at least 1,200 or so sq ft of living space.
Geri wants an investment property, preferably both sides of a duplex, up to around $450k
New home buyer wants a condo, 2/1 is ok, around $200. Arvada/Lakewood/Denver area all are fine. Gana wants something in a nice neighborhood that is at least somewhat walkable.
