Denver is the fastest selling Real Estate market in the country right now. With an average days on market of 25 days, Denver homes are selling two days quicker than the next hottest market of Oakland California. A new report out from Realtor.com lists the top 10 fastest selling homes in the country and this is the first time I've ever seen Denver at the top. With more and more people moving to Denver, affordable prices, great interest rates and so many attractive neighborhoods, it is not too difficult to figure out why homes are selling so fast. And with limited inventory available, I don't see this trend slowing down anytime soon so now is definitely the time to buy and sell. Let us know if we can help.
Realtor.com's report shows the following 10 metro areas with the lowest median days on the market:
- Denver: 25 days
- Oakland, Calif.: 27 days
- San Jose, Calif.: 31 days
- San Francisco: 33 days
- Seattle-Bellevue-Everett, Wash.: 38 days
- Boulder-Longmont, Colo.: 42 days
- Anchorage, Alaska: 43 days
- Stockton-Lodi, Calif.: 48 days
- San Diego: 51 days
- Austin-San Marcos, Texas: 52 days
