
When I first toured the Four Seasons Private Residences inDowntown Denver, I was pretty blown away. Not only by the units, the finishesin the building and the general concept, but also by the prices which weredouble about everything else in Downtown Denver at the time. Fast forward threeyears and we see prices across the board in the building slashed 45%.
The Four Seasons Private Residences is definitely a uniquebuilding. The bottom half of the building is hotel and the top half is privateresidences. The private residences enjoy their own fitness center andamenities, concierge services and valet parking. It is one of the few fullservice buildings in Denver where you can simply pick up your phone to requestanything you need. Of course this service is reflected in the monthly HOA whichaverages around 80 cents per square foot per month.
Now that prices have been slashed, interest in the buildinghas definitely peaked. I have received multiple inquiries on the building thisweek alone and they have already sold out all their 1 bedroom floor plans in notime. With prices starting at $750,000 and going up to $5 million, it certainlyisn't for everyone. But if you are looking for a lifestyle you won't findanywhere else in Denver, then it might be for you and there has never a better time tobuy.
