We love Denver's urban neighborhoods and are pleased our signs are in every part of town. But do you ever wonder where prospective buyers are really looking? We recently reviewed where all of our website users focus their searches, and found their top ten neighborhoods:10) Capitol Hill: Great values and Denver's most architecturally diverse area of historic homes and updated condos.
9) Platt Park: Well known for its tree-lined streets that border every block of well-kept homes, the local flavors of South Pearl Street keep this area in the top ten.
8) Sloan's Lake: Always a favorite neighborhood for its open spaces with a charming combination of Tudor and Victorian homes.
7) Baker: Great to see this rising in the list of favorites! The area is being revitalized as its older homes are restored and new business and restaurants find success.
6) Congress Park: Another Denver favorite for its well-maintained homes and great schools. A prime choice for families.
5) City Park: A personal favorite of mine - the diversity in architecture is on every street. Listen to the concerts in the park or walk to the farmers market, this area offers urban living at its best.
4) Berkeley: Another rising star. The larger lots with smaller homes are perfect for gardening as the soils of NW Denver are like no other!
3) Wash Park: Truly a great neighborhood. Great schools, open recreation, and sustaining business core.
2) West Highland: Our own front yard! The area is thriving and continues to resonate with local music, texture and flavors.
1) LoHi: Its great when a city takes it very core and brings it back to life.
