Denver the fastest selling Real Estate market in the country.

Want another sign of how strong the Denver Real Estate market is? According to research by Realtor Magazine, Denver is the fastest selling Real Estate Market in the country. In Denver, homes are selling on average in 39 days with a median list price of $253,700. The rest of the country? How about 92 days!

This is great news for the Denver market for buyers and sellers. When we see homes moving quickly it means that more sellers are pricing their homes correctly and buyers are recognizing good values when they see them. We have been seeing homes in our office sell much quicker than the 39 days and it should continue all summer. I know I sound like a broken record, but if you are thinking of buying or selling, now is the time. Here is a list of the 11 fastest selling markets in the country with Denver proudly sitting at number one.
