Corcoran Perry & Co. Ruby Hill

The Ruby Hill Neighborhood

Filled with mostly brick and frame ranch homes, Ruby Hill residents have lots of outdoor options. There are lots of parks, including Sanderson Gulch Trail and Park, which runs most of the length of the area, and Ruby Hill Park, the largest park in southwest Denver with great city views. Ruby Hill Park is home to the new Levitt Pavilion, a modern outdoor music venue which presents 50 free family friendly concerts for the community each year, and winter sports snowboarding terrain, hosted by Winter Park Resort. There’s easy access to Santa Fe Drive and I-25 for multiple ways to access downtown and the metro area, and three light rail stops are closeby.
