Corcoran Perry & Co. - Krisana Park

The Krisana Park Neighborhood

Krisana Park and, its sister neighborhood Lynwood, is a local goldmine of mid-century homes. These Joseph Eichler-like California contemporaries were built in the '50s, and sit in within the larger Virginia Village neighborhood. The area is protected by a conservation overlay, passed by the city council in 2017. Many of these architectural gems have been renovated, and the pride of ownership shows. Residents love the central location, close to Cherry Creek and great shopping and restaurants along Colorado Blvd, and equally convenient to downtown and Tech Center.
