Corcoran Perry & Co. - City Park

The City Park Neighborhood

Denver's City Park and City Park West neighborhoods sit adjacent to Denver's premier cultural amenities including the Denver Zoo, and the Museum of Nature and Science, and are just a quick jaunt to downtown Denver via public transit, urban bike lanes, or a brisk walk. This historic area is named for the expansive, 320-acre park that provides the "postcard view" of Denver's skyline against a mountain backdrop. Varied architecture reflects its rich history, where you’ll see beautiful, brick Denver Squares, bungalows, row homes, new condos and townhomes, and the towering Pinnacle high-rise residence.
