Corcoran Perry & Co. - Captiol Hill

The Captiol Hill/Spear Neighborhood

The quintessential urban neighborhood, Capitol Hill, and its southern neighbors, Speer and Alamo Placita, are the perfect blend of hipster coolness and historic charm. A dense, walkable community, it’s filled with a little bit of everything; stately victorians, classic brownstones, and vintage apartment buildings - many of which have been converted to condos. It’s an eclectic mix of people and properties, that’s home to quirky coffee shops, some of the most elegant of the city’s restaurants, grocery stores and tree-lined streets. Parking can be tough, but you’re oh-so close to everything you need.
