Celebrating Denver's Best Real Estate Agents - Corcoran Perry & Co. Signature Awards

Every year, we are thrilled to honor and celebrate the incredible hard work and dedication of our agents and staff at our Signature Awards Ceremony. At Corcoran Perry & Co., we pride ourselves on our commitment to our shared values of family, integrity, innovation, and independence.

We believe luxury real estate is not just black and white, but actually quite colorful. The same is true for our agents. They bring vibrant, playful, and unique personalities to our culture and core values.

To celebrate our agents, we have awards broken down into three categories:

  1. Performance awards recognize outstanding sales production in 2024.

  2. Engagement awards honor agents who maximize our dynamite marketing offerings and robust Corcoran systems.

  3. Culture awards highlight agents and staff members who embody our company's core values in every aspect of their business.

This year, we were thrilled to gather at our Company Headquarters in Congress Park to commemorate our award winners. We celebrated:

  • An average sales price of $873,384 (53% higher than the Denver metro average of $572,000)

  • 437 transactions totaling $381 million

  • A record-breaking 323 leases closed by our Leasing Team

  • 28 agents qualifying for a Realtor Excellence Award

  • The addition of new agents in Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs, and Vail

  • A record 30 agents joining our company

In 2024, Corcoran also made waves with our expanding national and international presence, adding affiliates in Boston, Houston, Portland, Raleigh, Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, Wilmington, Cabo, Cortina, and Verona.

Our marketing efforts were bigger than ever, with billboards on Colorado Blvd & Mexico and DIA Baggage Claim, ads in Food & Wine, Travel & Leisure, Architectural Digest, and Dwell, and local radio and TV campaigns on Pandora, Hulu, NPR, and more.

We also strengthened our community engagement, hosting 1,200 clients at the Botanic Gardens for our Annual Summer Client Appreciation Party and recommitting to the 2025 Botanic Gardens Summer Concert Sponsorship.

To top it all off, Corcoran Perry & Co. qualified for the Real Trends Top 500, RisMedia Power Brokers, and Swanepoel Mega 1000, solidifying our place among the Top 500 real estate companies in the USA!
