Live Urban Real Estate's long-standing presence in Denver's West Highland neighborhood is now accompanied by a shining new location in Cherry Creek North.
Situated just on the northern edge of the stylish Cherry Creek North neighborhood, Live Urban's new storefront also enjoys close proximity to Congress Park, Montclair, Capitol Hill, and Cheesman Park. The area's varied home styles, lush parks, diverse retail hubs and tree-lined streets lend themselves beautifully to Live Urban's focus on city living.
The New Office Catalyst

œI've wanted to open a second location for a few years, but wanted to find just the right location. We're excited to expand our brand presence in urban Denver with this visible location along East 6th Avenue in Cherry Creek North. It will allow us a further connection to the neighborhoods in the surrounding area." - John Skrabec, Live Urban Founder and President
The new office's meticulous, year-long renovation presented several hurdles but the final result is simply stunning. The chic style incorporates urban elements - such as the transparent garage door between the entryway and training room - with high-end details - like the many gorgeous light fixtures and white granite countertops.
The Vibrant Design

The space's interior designer, Kama Weinberger of QE Design Source, describes Live Urban's new space as offering œ [...] a modern feel with splashes of color and mid century modern touches. Her favorite examples of this design are the Hedge Ficus wallpaper that is showcased in the front window and the sculpted wall at the kitchenette.
Live Urban'sTake on Historic Beauty

Live Urban is delighted to be welcomed into the established Cherry Creek neighborhood. Many long-time residents of the area have stopped by the new office and commented on the restoration of the historic storefront, refreshed and reimagined with a modern twist.
"We wanted to create an attention-getting office while maintaining the historic character of the building, which dates back to the 1920s. One of the most exciting improvements was the removal of the old mansard-style roof which was added in the 1970s, revealing the original clearstory windows. It really opened up the space and made a dramatic difference." - John Skrabec, Live Urban Founder and President
