Perry & Co. Unveils Revised Core Values at 2018 Retreat

At the 2018 Perry & Co. REALTORS Annual Retreatin March of 2018 newly appointed CEO, Jon Larrance, unveiled thecompany's recently revised company values statement. Therevised values statement was painstakingly crafted over many monthswith direction from The Staver Group. Virtually every agent andstaff person in the company went through an individual core valuesexercise. Those individual values were compiled and organized bymultiple company workgroups into the resultant core valuesdeclaration. Taking it one step forward, each individual value issupported by the behaviors that exemplify the true meaning of eachvalue.

"Going forward the revised values statement will serveas the governing document of the company. Our values statement isthe foundation for how we treat each other, our clients, and thepublic in general. Additionally, all company decisions and policieswill be held up to the values statement in an alignment testbeforeseeing the light of day," said Larrance.

Having been in business since 1971, the Perry & Co.valuesworkgroups felt it was important to incorporateits 20 year oldmotto "A Denver Tradition" into the revised statement.Thelongevity of the company is a testament to its reputation for onlyhiring people who live and breath the these principles ofits uniqueculture.
