Responsibly sourced American cuisine, the menu is small, but refined and changes with the seasons. Small plates are creative but not over the top. All flavors combine for delicious bites. Eat at the intimate bar and watch Jon work his mixology magic or enjoy one of their nice selection of Italian wines.

Bamboo Sushi created enough of a fan base serving up their sushi at Avanti F&B to branch out to their own location in LoHinext to Recess Beer Garden. This Portland based restaurant has a "no-compromise" policy when it comes to serving their fancy fish, insisting that ingredients be responsibly sourced and humanely raised. Check them out at their new location for their Grand Opening on November 8th.

If you've been to their restaurants in Boulder, you'll understand the hype, butthe anticipation will have to build a bit longer for this one as a kitchen fire has delayed their opening. They will be serving up classic Italian dishesfor lunch and dinner soon!

This one is right down the street from our Live Urban office in Highlands Square so we've been keeping a close eye on construction in anticipation of their November opening. Local chef Troy Guard from Tag in Larimer Square brings "elevated comfort food ranging from sandwiches and burgers to steak and fish" to the Highlands in the same building that used to house Highlands Asian Grill.
