Mount Saint Vincent - Transforming the Lives of Children in Need

Denver Children

Live Urban's Live and Give Program allows us to donate a portion of every real estate closing to one of our Live and Give partners. This is truly one of our favorite parts of what we do! We're homegrown in the highlands and so is Mount Saint Vincent, a treatment center dedicated to transforming the lives of children who have been affected by neglect, abuse, trauma, or mental illness. Housed in the Denver Highlands, Mount Saint Vincent has helped change the lives of countless Denver children.

Mount Saint Vincent's Executive Director has fostered the foundation and introduced a variety of successful treatments throughout his tenure. Fueled by a passion for helping those struggling in silence, Kirk Ward working at Mount Saint Vincent when he was only 23 years old as a swim instructor. Now, 33 years later, he has had a hand in breaking the silence for so many Colorado kids in need of help. Over the years, Kirk has introduced art therapy , music therapy, play therapy, animal-assisted therapy, dance/movement therapy, and equine therapy to Mount Saint Vincent.

Mount Saint Vincent is a non-profit organization and always appreciates community support. Monetary donations bring safety, therapy, and life-changing interventions to the children who need it most. Help out kiddos in your community by donating to Mount Saint Vincent! They also accept new clothing, personal care products, therapeutic toys and other items - they've even put together an Amazon Wish List to make donating easier.
