Small Business Saturday is November 26th!

Small Business Saturday is November 26th.

As a totally local small business ourselves, we absolutely LOVE Small Business Saturday.

We're looking forward to shopping in some of our favorite Denver neighborhoods this weekend, crossing the names off of our holiday gift lists one-by-one, and taking advantage of local events where we can find handcrafted and locally produced goods for our friends, families, and clients.

One of our favorite events will be back just in time for Small Business Saturday (and Sunday) this weekend!

The Horseshoe Market is Denver's premier indie craft vintage market. Established in 2010, the Horseshoe is your one-stop destination for all things handmade, vintage, art, and design.

See all the details on the Horseshoe Market website.

Another favorite event is Small Business Saturday on Tennyson Street.

Tennyson St. has a lot happening on Small Business Saturday and can't wait for the community to come out to celebrate all the small businesses on Tennyson while enjoying some community fun!

Breakfast with Santa at Midwestern Saloon is first on the Tennyson St. agenda: Start Small Business Saturday off with a yummy breakfast! From 7:30-10:30 bring the kiddos down to Midwestern Saloon to have breakfast with the jolly Man himself, Santa. For $7 kids can choose from pancakes or french toast and scrambled eggs, bacon and a kids drink. An adult brunch/drinks menu will also be available for all the parents out there!

Santa will be able to take some photos as well in front of the fireplace, so bring the camera! Next shop, eat and enjoy local with Jolly Goods:: Tennyson St. Holiday Passport Crawl. This is the 3rd year that Jolly Goods has put on the Passport Crawl on Tennyson St. and the community loves it! You can pick up a passport at any participating business. Support local small businesses, get a stamp and enter to win an amazing prize pack from all the participating businesses.

Some of 2016's Participating Businesses include: Brazen Denver - Block & Larder - Lady Jones Denver - Jolly Goods:: - Midwestern Saloon - Berkeley Untapped - Mouthfuls Pet Supply - Ooh Aah Jewelry Denver - Sarah O. Jewelry - Kats-eye Boutique - Le Chocolatier - Spruce - Real Baby - Second Star to the Right Children's Books - Parisi pizzeria, trattoria e vino - Call to Arms Brewing Company - Local 46 - Atomic Cowboy, Denver Biscuit Company, Fat Sully's Pizza (Tennyson St. locations) And last, but not least, holiday festivities and tree lighting at Cesar Chavez Park from 4-6pm. There will be tents set up with a hot chocolate bar, Santa will be there, a cookie decorating station, kids activities and carolers!. Tree lighting will happen at 5pm.

Get the latest updates on their Facebook page.

If you have a Small Business Saturday event that you would like us to include here, let Stacie know!
