Best Spots to Cozy up with a Cocktail on a Rainy Denver Day

Best spots to cozy up with a cocktail on a rainy denver day.

This awesome rainy, cloudy day has us in the mood to cuddle up by the fireplace with a good book...or in a cozy bar with a fantastic cocktail. We asked Live Urban agents to share their fave bars to imbibe in on one of Denver's rare dreary afternoons:

Kari Ann said: Patrick O Carrolls on Tennyson is a great place for a cocktail on a rainy day. They infuse their own vodka and make a great strawberryMoscow mule.

Mark said:This one is RIGHT in my wheelhouse! We love Sarto'sBecause of the neighborhood views and those walls of windows. It's the perfect place to snug up and watch the leaves fall. I'll take my extra points for the Buttero: Rye, amaro, and blood orange liqueur on the rocks. Fall is all about brown liquor.

Dawn said:Rising Sun Distillery of course. The Peach Cobbler is a new seasonal drink that has Colorado Peach Brandy, Oaked Gin, Cinnamon, Vanilla and a twist of orange. It is comforting and cozy.

Ryan said:Colt and Gray in Commons Park! Quaint and intimate setting with a cozy fireplace in the lounge, great cocktails and awesome food!

Heather said:LoHi Steak Bar - Cozy and great happy hour. Get a traditional martini, shaken not stirred. : )

Lauren said:Jax downtown. Goose martini with a twist!

Kassidy said:Cozy up on a log next to a fire at Forest Room 5 ?with a Psychic TipiVision. A hot toddy with Leopold's apple whiskey, Leopold's cherry liquor, lemon and honey served hot. #Coloradical
