Less Competition = Less Stress Extremely low inventory in the Denver Metro area along with record-low mortgage rates has made the market extremely competitive since Spring hit. If you missed out during the summer homebuying season, that might not be a bad thing - inventory is steadily rising, and Fall tends to have less buyer traffic, giving you more time to browse homes and consider them realistically and thoroughly without feeling pressured to write an offer you might regret.
