Real Estate agents do a lot of working - and eating - and drinking coffee - on the run. But when we get a chance to chill with our laptops for a few minutes or an afternoon, we each have our favorite local spots to get some work done! Joe said:Cake Crumbs in Park Hill. Just a great neighborhood bakery with lots of space. And I like to support the local small business.

Sara said:Steam Espresso Bar in Platt Park. Lively neighborhood atmosphere, great coffee/pastries/fresh juices,friendly staff, great outdoor patio.

Kelly said:The Cherry Bean on the corner of 41st and Tejon.Yummy coffee, truly sincere hellos from the family owners and a long community table that lets you soak up the morning sun while you watch the street traffic and pretend to work.

Randi said:I love Sugar Bakeshop on Broadway! The people there are super friendly and they have some of the best coffee and homemade pastries in Denver! Alot of their items are paleo, gluten-free and/or vegan!

Jana said:Downpours at 3937 Tennyson. It's small but not too small. Locally operated by really nice people. It's bright and sunny, always has cute dogs parked outside and makes a yummy toasted burrito.

Jen said:I recently had the pleasure of checking out the new Allegro Coffee Roasters in Tennyson Square and I think it will be my new hangout. Both the coffee and the atmosphere are fantastic. It's a great spot to chat with a friend or get some work done. And all their food is sourced locally.
