Remodel and Rehab, Our Buyers' Story

Part One.

How many of us watch those cable channels specifically geared to make us feel that anything is possible with remodeling or rehabbing a home? We were privileged to meet and help a couple who dreamed of taking this type of journey. Even better they are willing to share with us some of their trials and tribulations with the process. In the next few months we will be sharing their story.

We met Kelsey and Meghan at an open house almost a year and half ago. At that time they had started the process of looking for a property they could call home. They knew what they were looking for might be hard to find and wanted to give themselves enough time to find just the right home. After seeing many homes both physically and virtually, they spotted one through our website. Advertised as an "Income" property, it definitely got their attention.

It just so happened that they were away for the holidays and wanted to take a look right away. Through the magic of technology we were able to show them the home with FaceTime. It was close to their wants and needs but there were tenants living in the property. These tenants hada lease for another fifteen months but luckily this would afford our buyers the ability to buy the home at the right time and then begin making plans to remodel/rehab the home to their liking.

Stay tuned, over the next few months we will be updating Kelsey and Meghan's progress, checking in withthem and hopefully posting some before and after pictures to our website.
