Welcome to Denver, Mark Sanchez! We think you should live in one of these Downtown Buildings.

Mark Sanchez is officially living in Bronco Country!

And we couldn't be happier. He seems like not only a really talented Quarterback, but also a genuinely nice guy.

And now, that it looks like he'll be in Denver for a while, we think it's time for Mark to settle down and make himself comfortable in one of Downtown Denver's hottest buildings:

Our first pick: SPIRE Denver

It's one of Downtown's hottest addresses, it's full of amenities, and it's centrally located within walking distance of some of Denver's best bars, clubs, restaurants and yes, even cultural activities. Perfect for a guy who's likely to be going to be out on the town when he's not tossing touchdowns!

Actual view from the 25th floor.

The Spire was completedin 2009 and is a Leed certified building in the heart of the vibrant Theatre District. Rising 42 stories and featuring 493 residences, it is truly a focal point of Downtown Denver. The building sold out in 2014 and offered 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models.

The units feature floor to ceiling glass and as you can imagine, some of the most breathtaking views from anywhere in Denver. Units are available for sale starting at $420,000 all the way up to over a million with most one bedrooms in the $400's and most two beds in the $600-800K range.

The Spire has arguably the nicest amenities in all of Denver. With over 40,000 square feet of common space, there is something for everyone. The highlight of course is the 9th floor pool deck featuring two, year round pools, large hot tub, fire pit and stunning views of both Downtown and the mountains. The 9th floor also features a large lounge with big screen TV's, pool tables, grills and more.

A 24 hour front desk provides plenty of security and ease. Have your groceries and dry cleaning delivered and simply pick them up when you get home. A state of the art fitness center and even a dog park makes it truly an all inclusive living experience.

The location of course cannot be beat, just across the street from the Convention Center and Theatre District. It's two blocks to the 16th Street Mall and the free mall shuttle and the light rail stop and an easy walk to Union Station, Larimer Square, Pepsi Center, Cherry Creek Trail and so much more. You really don't need a car to live here.

Sounds like the perfect place for a new QB to call home, doesn't it?!

Just in case, though - here are a few more buildings that we think Mark would be really comfy living in...

Our Backup Picks:

The Pinnacle

The Pinnacleis a newer construction high-rise condominium tower with amazing mountain views. Buyers get to choose from many different options and finishes for their new home. The Pinnacle features many resident amenities such as pool, fitness center, hot tub, theater room, wine cellar and business center.

Mark might like it here because it's in the heart of the Golden Triangle, where many of Denver's pro athletes call home. It's also one of Denver's more prestigious buildings and

The Beauvallon

Beauvallonis an upscale high-rise condominium building near the State Capitol and Civic Center in downtown Denver, CO. The Beauvallon has a rooftop pool and spa along with a top-of-the-line fitness center.

The Museum Residences

Live in a work of art directly across from the new art museum at theMuseum Residences. This modern building has a landscaped roof-top deck that can be tented for private parties. Many of the units feature amenities such as Bosch appliances and Berloni cabinetry.
