The whole crew at Live Urban Real Estate had what can only be called an EPIC year in 2015, thanks to YOU, our clients, friends, families and supporters!
With the Real Estate market colliding in a crazy Seller's Market, Live Urban agents were able to not only survive but thrive in an environment filled with multiple offers, frenzy-filled bidding wars and struggles to find hidden inventory from the inner-city to the suburbs.

Our year kicked off with a strong 1st quarter, with deals continuing to close through the holidays and rushing us into the Spring sales market.
Live Urban agents nominated and selected three amazing local charities to support through our Live and Give program.
We helped ELK Kids plant dozens of trees, in addition to our Colorado Gives Day donation!

We sponsored and served breakfast at The Gathering Place, and were so happy to learn more about their organization which we also contributed to on Colorado Gives Day.

And, we were able to contribute enough funds to Colorado Pet Pantry to feed 875 pets in 2016!

We were really proud to deliver several carloads full of used coats, hats, and gloves to Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, a long-standing tradition at Live Urban.
Our PetFood Drive was also a huge success!
And so was our first-ever Summer Cereal Drive to support Project Angel Heart.
Live Urban was recognized as the Top Workplace in Denver!
And we organized and hosted the first-everReal Hustle Conference, which was attended by hundreds of local Realtors.
We threw another super-fun Harvest Party and gave away hundreds of free pumpkins.

And sponsored some really fun local events, including the Highlands Street Fair,
the Mid-Mod Tour in Wheat Ridge,

and the Harvest Festival at Highlands Square.

We had Two Successful New Agent Classes complete their training and start navigating the market with their mentors.

And we launched the Live Urban Leasing division.

We also had an amazing small business consultation with Shark Tank's Daymond John!

Live Urban agents completed thousands of hours of Continuing Education, participated in dozens of property tours, hosted hundreds of open house events, and closed 735 sales in 2015!
Wedoubled our office space with the addition of the Live Urban Annex, right around the corner from our main office, and also doubled the size of our Management and Support Team, by adding an Office Manager, Sales Manager, and Graphic Designer!
