The Coloradan: The brand new condos coming to Union Station in Downtown Denver

The Coloradan, the answer to so many buyer's prayers. This 342 unit, FOR SALE condo complex, is coming to Union Station in Downtown Denver next year. Construction will start in 2016 with completion expected in 2018. This will be the first for sale condo building since 2009 in Downtown Denver in arguably the most desirable location in all of Downtown, just steps from Union Station and the light rail direct to the airport.

We don't know a ton about the condo complex yet, you can get all the available details here. But we do know that it will have retail on the ground level with 15 floors of residential units. It will feature a fitness center, concierge, outdoor garden decks on the 4th and 5th floors and a pool and club room on the 18th floor. This is great news for Denver since it has been so long since we have seen new condos being built because of the condo defect laws in Colorado. I'll post more here about the building as information becomes available. And please let me know if you are interested so as soon as sales information becomes available I can let you know.
