The Spire was completedin 2009 and is a Leed certified building in the heart of the vibrant Theatre District. Rising 42 stories and featuring 493 residences, it is truly a focal point of Downtown Denver. The building sold out in 2014 and offered 1, 2 and 3 bedroom models.
The units feature floor to ceiling glass and as you can imagine, some of the most breathtaking views from anywhere in Denver.
