Denver's Capitol Hill Named One of the Nation's Top 10 Most Beautiful Neighobrhoods

We love Capitol Hill. And it's no surprise to us that the secret's out...amongstthe bajillions of people flocking to the Denver Metro area looking to take advantage of Colorado's up-and-coming hot-spot status, Cap Hill is sort of the center of it all to the hip and happening crowd.

No, you're not going to find cookie-cutter architecture in this 'hood...in fact, Capitol Hill is full of vintage architecture, some of Denver's oldest and most coveted buildings and houses, properties that have been sliced-and-diced into unique condos and floor-plans...and some of the coolest vibes, amenities, restaurants, bars and boutiques that you will find anywhere in the Mile High.

Live agent Jeanne Connolly recently featured Capitol Hill in this blog post, and it's also popping up on thrillists, Top 10's and Most Popular lists near and far...for good reason...the streets are lined with awesome buildings and huge trees, the occupants are eclectic and friendly, and the many parks and open spaces that are enjoyed and coveted within this neighborhood's boundaries are amongst the most popular in Denver.
