Live Urban Real Estate is Denver's Top Small Business Workplace!

Live Urban Real Estate, a Denver-based company specializing in residential real estate sales, just announced that they have been recognized as the Top Small Business workplace by the Denver Post.

œWe are really excited about this award, said founder and owner John Skrabec, œbecause we created Live Urban when we were looking for a Real Estate brokerage that we wanted to work for, and we couldn't find one. Ten years later, we have a really special group of agents and I can honestly say that I actually LIKE each and every one of them. That's pretty rare...to honestly enjoy every single person that you work with.

The Top Workplaces program recognizes good employers on 30 regional lists and one national list. The evaluations for the list are based purely on employee opinions, which are gathered through the tried and tested WorkplaceDynamics employee survey.

Some of the comments made by Live Urban employees included:

œLIVE has created a great culture. They attract people with positive attitudes.

œLIVE is a creative and collaborative working environment. Our managing brokers respect us.

œThe individuals I work with!

œThe working environment is supportive, innovative and within the context of life as a whole.

œCreativity, critical thinking and commitment to the agents.

Live Urban Founders Mark White and John Skrabec accepted the award at the Top Workplaces gala last Tuesday, and hosted a celebration for Live agents at Skrabec's Northwest Denver home on Thursday.

œWe have so much to be grateful for, said White as he raised a glass to toast, œbut most of all, we're thankful for each of you. You each help to make Live a great place to work!

Live Urban is also producing a conference for Real Estate agents on April 27th.

œWe saw a real hole in the 2015 conference schedule for Denver-area Real Estate professionals, said Stacie Staub, Live Urban's Director of Marketing, œso we decided to fill it by launching the Real Hustle Conference Series in Denver on April 27th. We're bringing in some of the most innovative and inspiring agents from across North America to share their strategies, experiences, and insights for building a successful Real Estate business...whether you work for a big franchise or a smaller independent company like Live Urban, this day of TED-style talks combined with interactive breakout sessions and networking opportunities is sure to motivate and elevate even the most experienced agents.
