Under Contract in One Weekend in Highland Square...Kelley Vandemotter Tells Us How She Got it Done

Homes that are priced right and show well continue to sell incredibly quickly. This gorgeous condo near Highland Square was certainly no exception. We asked Live Urban listing agent Kelley Vandemotterto share this home's story....

Live Urban: Wow! That was fast....how long was this one actually on the market?

KelleyVandemotter:Yes, it was all very exciting! We went on the market Thursday evening and went under contractMondaymorning, mostly because I was out of town and wanted to be able to talk to my clientsMondaymorning about what had happened over the weekend!

Live Urban: Why do you think the property sold so quickly?

Kelley: I think we sold so quickly because we were able to pull the comps to price it right, but ultimately it was an amazing property in an incredible neighborhood and I was able to work together with everyone and Live and my awesome clients to get everything ready as quickly as we could! It is a team effort!

Live Urban: Did you do anything special to prepare the property for sale?

Kelley: We made sure we were ready to sell quick, meaning that my clients were prepared to be ready to move and to be on the market. We did some great marketing on social media and had amazing pictures taken to help with marketing as well.

Live Urban: We would love to hear how the deal came together.... How many showings did you have? Do you feel like this is typical in today's market?

Kelley: we had a lot of interest in this property, who wouldn't love it? We had an open house Saturday and Sunday, but the most interest came from the individual showings. I think with the lack of inventory right now you have to be ready for things to move quick, and we are just happy to be under contract after the first weekend!

Live Urban: Congratulations to your and your clients, thank you for sharing this home's story!
