It was a busy week in Wheat Ridge and the inventory keeps plumetting as homes are going under contract and selling way faster than the new ones are coming active. Just in the last few days, 12 houses sold or went under contract, while we had just 5 new listings hit the market. And the cool part is that these 12 homes sold for about 95% of the asking price!
