Denver must be booming, as you can scan the skyline and see numerous cranes soaring into the stratosphere in every possible direction.

According to denverinfill.com, the number of residential units completed in the heart of the city since September 2013 reached 2,982. Over a dozen projects are currently under construction or proposed to break ground within the next year or so, which if all are completed will add a total of 7,388 new units between January 2012 through mid-2015.That will add approximately 11,000 new urban dwellers and bring nearly $1.5 billion of residential investment to downtown Denver... wow! Sleepy cowtown no more!!
It seems like only yesterday when the sidewalks rolled up at 5:00 pm and streets were virtually deserted until the morning rush hour. Now with the restoration of Union Station into a major transportation hub, complete with nine restaurants and a gorgeous boutique hotel that is scheduled to a open this spring, Denver is the place to be!
