Live Urban Real Estate Grows Management Team

After a whopping 33% increase in sales volume in 2012, Live Urban Real Estate is expanding their brokerage management team.

Broker/Owners and Founders of the company, Mark White and John Skrabec, have named Stacie Staub as Director of Marketing and Nicole Winsauer as Director of Broker Services. Winsauer and Staub have been with Live Urban since 2008.

Staub, who earned her MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver, will manage the brokerage's marketing efforts, with an emphasis on lead generation, social media, and managing Race To Your Next Place, the brokerage's signature fundraising event to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Colorado.

Winsauer, a communications graduate from University of Colorado at Boulder, will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service for all the brokerage's buyer and seller clients, maintaining contract compliance and conducting sales and marketing training and coaching.

LIVE Urban Real Estate's inventive approach to branding and brokerage management have previously won accolades from Inman News, who featured them as one of the nation's most innovative real estate brokerages in 2011. In 2010, Live Urban was also recognized as a œBeta Brokerage for their savvy branding and focus on new ways of doing business that target today's active urban buyers and sellers who love city life.

The LIVE brand is anchored by its strong web strategy, featuring online search tools that rival any on the market and keep buyers and sellers stocked with accurate listings and information. The brokerage also places a premium on running a green business, including paperless contracts, file management and record keeping, buying 100% of their electricity from Xcel Energy's Windsource program. Today the brokerage roster includes 54 agents.

Live Urban Real Estate, a locally-owned residential real estate brokerage focused on the urban neighborhoods of Denver, sold over $122 million in real estate in 2012, and closed 430 transactions during the year.
