What would you do with $10,000? Race to Your Next Place is coming soon.

If I won $10,000, I can think of lots I could with the money.Replace my 50's pink bathroom, take a trip or two, or buy another investmentproperty. Unfortunately I'm not eligible to win the $10,000 grand prize forRace to Your Next Place, but you sure are.

Race to Your Next Place is less than a month away and wehave been getting lots of questions about the race. To help clear up somefrequently asked questions, I put together this little list. It isn't too lateto register for the race so visit www.RacetoYourNextPlace.comand get in the running for the grand prize of $10,000.

Q) Is it an actual race, is running involved?

A) No, there is no running involved. Participants will drivefrom house to house getting clues along the way and collecting points as theygo. But no running involved.

Q) Does the $10,000 grand prize have to be used for a downpayment on a house?

A) No. The $10,000 grand prize can be used for anything anddoesn't have to be housing related.

Q) Is it too late to sign up?

A) No, registration is still open so sign up now.

Q) Do you have to pay the registration fee when you sign up?

A) No, you only pay the registration fee if you are selectedand choose to race.

Q) What will the challenges be like?

A) The challenges are going to be a blast. You will be doingeverything from playing horseshoes with a World Class horseshoe player tobuilding a house of cards.

Q) What kind of houses will we be visiting?

A) You will be visiting a wide variety of houses throughoutUrban Denver to give you a feel for all that Denver Real Estate has to offer.
