Where can I find alley load homes in the suburbs of Denver?

Where can I find alley load homes in the suburbs of Denver? I hear it every once in awhile. People love the style of older Denver homes with large, welcoming front porches and ugly, curb appeal killing garages tucked behind the home off the alley so no one has to see them. But sometimes these same people just can't find what they are looking for in the older homes be it the limited size of the older homes, the work that needs to be done, the wrong school district, etc. So the question then becomes, can they find this same style of home, just in the suburbs?

Finding these type of alley load homes in the suburbs until recently has been a challenge. But with communities like Stapleton and Lowry adopting this concept of master planning, and seeing excellent success with it, more builders have decided to offer this style of home in their suburb communities.

In an article in the Denver Post last week, Margaret Jackson highlights the communities around Denver that offer these homes brand new. Below are links for these communities to see what they have to offer. To read the full article in the Post, click here. If you are thinking this might be an option for you, then make sure to talk to your agent about each community and builder. Not all are built the same and it is crucial to have insider knowledge when going into a new community like this.
