Denver Post picks up story about how we're "Living Large"

We've had a busy summer. Sales were screaming because of the homebuyer tax credit, we launched a killer new website, and we were invited to present at the Inman Real Estate Connect Conference about our unique marketing tactics and business model. Oh, and we were chosen as one of the most innovative "Beta-Brokerages" in the country!

As a result, Denver Real Estate Insider John Rebchook wrote a nice follow-up article about us on his blog at InsideRealEstateNews.com. And The Denver Post picked it up too!

20100807_103248_liveurban_200_200.Live Urban Real Estate has grown to 50 agents in four years, but owners John Skrabec and Mark White haven't recruited any of them.

"They have all contacted us," said Skrabec, who had a 20-year career in marketing and advertising, before becoming involved in real estate, first as an agent, and then at Live (pronounced as in where you "live.")

The boutique firm, which is gaining a national reputation for innovate and cutting edge marketing, wants agents, who like the firm itself, have a certain urban style and attitude.

Their efforts have not gone unnoticed.
