The West Colfax Neighborhood

The West Colfax neighborhood, just south of Sloan’s Lake, has seen plenty of change in the last decade. Many single story homes were sold to make way for new multi-unit and large multi-story residential buildings with rooftop decks, while some original houses remain, giving the neighborhood an eclectic mix of home styles. Residents of West Colfax have plenty to explore, from recreation at the lake, to new restaurants and businesses that have popped up along Colfax Avenue.
