The University Hills Neighborhood

University Hills is a quiet, city-close neighborhood of primarily well-cared-for single-family ranch and two story homes on nicely landscaped lots, mostly built in the 50s and 60s. It’s surrounded by major thoroughfares and lots of retail and dining options. More recently, developers have been building new homes scattered among the existing properties. Eisenhower Park is within walking distance, and a light rail station provides a connection to downtown and the Denver Tech Center.
