Northeast Park Hill has reinvested in the community, with the recent addition of affordable apartments to low-income seniors. In 2016, the Dahlia Campus for Health & Well-Being opened a four-acre site at 35th and Dahlia. The facility offers an indoor classroom, play, community and therapy space to support the surrounding Northeast Denver neighborhoods. Outdoor amenities include play areas, counseling gardens and an urban community garden geared toward year-round production. The area is served by a light rail station at 40th and Colorado Blvd.
With most restaurants, stores, and shops living on Quebec Street, you'll be able to walk to some of your errands but most conveniences will require transportation outside the neighborhood.
