The Hale/Mayfair/Montclair Neighborhood

This neighborhood is officially called Hale (Bellevue-Hale). Mayfair is not a formally designated neighborhood of Denver, but most people know and use this name for the area. Hale/Mayfair offers many ranch and tudor homes, on quiet, tree-lined streets. In addition, a large portion of the neighborhood is being redeveloped, and will offer a variety of residential options including condos, townhomes, and apartments. The Denver neighborhood is sprinkled with parks and greenways and offers popular coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and retail spots.
