Corcoran Perry & Co. - Jefferson Park

The Jefferson Park Neighborhood

The Jefferson Park neighborhood is named for the large park itself which is filled with rolling hills. With striking views of the city, Jeff Park is another of Denver’s urban neighborhoods in transition, with most of its turn-of-the-century Victorian homes being replaced by modern, townhome development. A thriving neighborhood commercial area is emerging along 25th Avenue, with local retail, restaurants, and a popular coffee shop. Just west of I-25, Jeff Park offers quick access to downtown, and attractions such as Mile High Stadium, Children's Museum, Denver's Downtown Aquarium & more.

Jefferson Park's Neighborhood Rankings

7/10Walking Score

The park itself provides walkers with tree-lined sidewalks, as well as a play structure and a manicured lawn while the small strip of restaurants/shops near the Eliot and 25th intersection provide blocks of locally owned establishments.

7/10Transportation Score

Jefferson Park is in close proximity to the Highlands, Sloan's Lake, and downtown in terms of walkability. Mile High Stadium is a neighbor on the southern boundary, so Sundays during NFL season are busy and great for people watching! If you love to tailgate, there is no better place to be! There is also a Denver Bcycle on 23rd and Clay, so it's easy to grab a bike from the neighborhood and ride around.

8/10Local Score

“The Square at Jefferson Park” is a burgeoning business and dining district at the corner of 25th and Eliot. The area features a few friendly neighborhood pubs, restaurants, boutiques, salons, and shops.

4/10Convenience Score

Grab your groceries at the Safeway on 26th, but head just outside of the Jefferson Park neighborhood for fuel and other conveniences.

HIT AND MISS
Parking

Streets near the Downtown Aquarium and Children’s Museum can fill up quickly, while residential streets offer ample parking.

EVOLVINGVibe

Jefferson Park is an urban neighborhood that overlooks Downtown Denver, with great views of the city skyline. The community’s proximity to the Broncos stadium & downtown, combined with quaint streets and local establishments offers urban living without the hustle and bustle of downtown. The neighborhood’s classic Victorian homes are making way for new, more modern abodes, contributing to Jeff Park’s evolving atmosphere.

5/10Densitiy

With mid-sized lots and many single family homes this urban neighborhood doesn’t waste space, but still offers room to breathe.
