With striking views of the city, Jeff Park is another of Denver’s urban neighborhoods in transition, with most of its turn-of-the-century Victorian homes being replaced by modern, townhome development. A thriving neighborhood commercial area is emerging along 25th Avenue, with local retail, restaurants, and a popular coffee shop. Just west of I-25, Jeff Park offers quick access to downtown, and attractions such as Mile High Stadium, Children's Museum, Denver's Downtown Aquarium & more.
